Return & Exchange Policy

At LuJo&Co, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Here’s our return and exchange policy:

Exchange & Store Credit:

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange or store credit for Standard Orders.
  • All Customized Orders are final sale and cannot be returned.

Eligibility Criteria: To qualify for an exchange or store credit, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received.
  • Returned in their original packaging.

Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted for items that have:

  • Obvious signs of use.
  • Damage or missing parts not due to an error on our part.
  • Returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Return Process: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your exchange or store credit. If approved, your exchange or store credit will be processed within a specified number of days.

 

Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To initiate an exchange for the same item, email us by clicking the Contact Us link. We ensure to respond to all emails within 24 hours.

Shipping: To return your product, please email us for detailed instructions. You will be responsible for returning shipping costs, which are non-refundable. For exchanges or store credits, return shipping costs will be deducted from your total credit. Delivery times for exchanged products may vary based on your location.
